Job summary

GreenGSM is seeking a Director of Vehicle Management to oversee the full vehicle lifecycle across the Philippines. You will drive fleet availability, safety, reliability, and cost efficiency, guiding procurement, maintenance, asset utilization, and registration to support business growth.

The role requires leadership of multi-location teams, rigorous oversight of budgets, SLA adherence, and regulatory compliance, partnering with Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automotive Technology, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• At least 10 years in fleet management with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience managing large fleets across multiple locations and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the vehicle management strategy aligned with expansion plans.
• Lead fleet acquisition, allocation, replacement and disposal based on demand and targets.
• Oversee maintenance, lifecycle, asset utilization, and cost optimization.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, asset tracking, and vendor contracts.
• Direct team performance and drive continuous improvement across depots.
