Job summary

GSM - Green SM seeks a Driver Training Manager in the Philippines to lead the driver training strategy and quality improvements. You will manage the Driver Training Team, align programs with business goals, and drive training effectiveness across depots and platform updates.

Responsibilities include end-to-end rollout, capacity planning, KPI linkage, and data dashboards. Strong leadership, bilingual fluency, and travel to GreenGSM depots are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Communications or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role leading teams.
• Fluent in Filipino and English (written and verbal).
• Experience monitoring KPIs and preparing operational reports.
• Knowledgeable about transport, automotive, deliveries and mobility industries.

Responsibilities

• Design, localize, and update driver training programs tailored for the Philippines.
• Translate procedures into engaging learning modules aligned with operations.
• Establish blended learning with classroom, simulations, and micro-learning.
• Lead Training Specialists and balance workload across programs.
• Manage end-to-end training rollouts for depots and platform updates.
• Define, track, and analyze KPIs linking training to performance.
• Build and maintain training dashboards and executive reports.
