• Highly organized with strong record-keeping.
• Confident, professional, calm demeanor suitable for a mature clientele.

Responsibilities

• Engage with warm inbound leads and conduct discovery conversations to understand preferences and budgets.
• Present curated travel options and educate clients on itineraries, pricing tiers, and value propositions.
• Build trust with high-profile travellers and manage multi-week follow-ups until conversion.
• Convert inbound leads into bookings within defined timelines and handle objections to guide decisions.
• Maintain CRM records, update lead stages, and document interactions; coordinate with operators for final handoff.
• Work full-time in an office-based Taguig setup; night shift aligned to Canada time zones.
