Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales or client-facing roles, preferably in hospitality or luxury services.
• Strong English communication with clear, neutral accent.
• Experience with high-net-worth clients is a plus.
• Able to manage multi-week sales cycles and follow up consistently.

Responsibilities

• Engage with warm inbound leads provided by the client.
• Build trust with affluent, senior travellers.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand preferences, motivations, budgets, and expectations.
• Present curated travel options, itineraries, inclusions, pricing tiers, and value propositions.
• Address objections and guide clients toward informed bookings.
• Coordinate with tour operators to finalize bookings and ensure a smooth handoff to clients.
