Job summary

KMC Solutions seeks an experienced Client Advisor to combine sales capability with exceptional client relationship management. You will build lasting relationships, identify sales opportunities, grow accounts, and deliver highly personalized service to premium clients.

The role welcomes candidates from Account Management, Business Development, or premium client-facing sales backgrounds in luxury travel, hospitality, or retail. Onsite setup transitioning to hybrid; shifting schedule as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Account Management, Business Development, Sales, Client Relations, or a closely related client-facing role.
• Proven upselling, client acquisition, account growth, renewals, and/or retention experience.
• Strong track record in building and maintaining client relationships with premium/high-value clientele.
• Background in premium retail, travel, or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Develop knowledge of travel destinations, hotels, and experiences to support client needs.
• Represent the brand professionally in every client interaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
