As a true ambassador, you will anticipate needs, deliver exceptional service, and collaborate with Travel Designers to create memorable, high-value journeys for Members.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a high-end client-facing role or luxury hospitality.
• Exceptional client relationship management skills with experience serving high-end or premium clientele.

Responsibilities

• Develop a personalized and long-lasting relationship with each member.
• Anticipate needs and proactively recommend tailored travel experiences.
• Drive relationship and commercial development with a long-term approach.
• Manage clienteling and relationship touchpoints with regular reporting.
• Coordinate with Travel Designers and Destination Managers to ensure exceptional proposals.
• Deliver highly personalized travel experiences across accommodations, dining, transfers, activities, and partner services.
