Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury/automotive
• Diploma is required
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to work on-site in Cebu, Philippines

Responsibilities

• Provide a personalized luxury sales experience to premium automotive customers
• Understand client lifestyle and mobility needs to recommend vehicles and options
• Manage full sales journey from inquiry and test drive to closing and post-sales follow-up
• Build and maintain a client base to generate repeat sales and referrals
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining premium customer satisfaction
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge of vehicle features and brand positioning
• Ensure showroom presentation aligns with luxury brand standards
• Accurately record leads and sales progress in CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal teams for a seamless customer experience
