• Inform, advise and recommend spa, wellness and retail services to guests.
• Promote spa bookings and related hotel services to maximize guest revenue.
• Coordinate communication with courtesy and professionalism to meet objectives.
• Resolve guest issues while ensuring safety and high service quality.
• Conduct spa tours and assist with promotions and media visits.
• Maintain product knowledge of services, events and facilities.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and hotel policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth spa operations.
