Job summary

Hilton Manila is seeking a Spa Manager to lead daily spa operations, deliver high-quality guest experiences, and drive revenue through service excellence. You will oversee guest service, product quality, inventory, systems and budgets to ensure smooth spa performance.

In this role you will supervise, coach and develop the spa team, maintain health and safety standards, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate with other hotel departments to promote spa services and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in spa management or supervisory role, preferably in luxury/hotel settings.
• Proven leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, products, and wellness trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric approach.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and spa operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations: Manage guest service, product quality, inventory, systems, and departmental budgets to ensure smooth and effective spa performance.
• Maximize revenue opportunities: Develop spa menus and implement marketing and merchandising strategies to support revenue growth and enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain spa facilities: Ensure spa areas and equipment are well-maintained, clean, and in excellent working order.
• Enhance guest satisfaction: Monitor service trends, respond to feedback, and implement improvements to elevate the overall spa experience.
• Inspire and develop the team: Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, engage, and retain a high-performing team.
• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.
• Inventory & Resource Management: Manage spa supplies, products, and equipment inventory, ensuring timely reordering and effective cost control while maintaining quality standards. Oversee vendor relationships and ensure all treatment products are high-quality and meet guest expectations.
