Mandarin Oriental Makati invites you to join our forthcoming spa team as Treatment Supervisor, leading a specialized team of therapists to deliver flawless wellness experiences in a luxury setting.

You will partner with Spa Leadership to uphold LQE and MOQA standards, drive revenue, mentor colleagues, and ensure impeccable service, hygiene, and brand alignment across all guest touchpoints in Manila.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Spa Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• TESDA NC II in Massage Therapy and DOH LMT certification required.
• Minimum 3 years in a luxury spa with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day spa operations and lead the treatment team.
• Ensure all treatments meet brand standards and protocols.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address feedback promptly.
• Drive treatment and retail sales through knowledge and personalized service.
• Coordinate therapist schedules, training, and performance coaching.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance.
