Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Manila invites a Spa Concierge to join our preopening team, delivering legendary guest experiences in a luxury spa. You will manage reservations, guest inquiries, billing, and retail transactions with professionalism and discretion.

With a Hospitality diploma/degree and at least 2 years in luxury spa or guest services, you will uphold MO standards, coordinate with therapists and hotel departments, and maintain guest profiles.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality-related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a luxury spa, wellness, hospitality, or guest service environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in spa management systems, POS systems, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences at spa reception.
• Manage bookings, reservations, and guest inquiries efficiently.
• Handle billing, cashiering, and retail transactions accurately.
• Maintain guest profiles and spa management system data.
• Coordinate with therapists and hotel departments for smooth operations.
• Uphold Mandarin Oriental's standards and grooming expectations.
