Responsibilities

• Assumes Spa Director responsibilities in their absence.
• Ensure supply, equipment, and uniform availability for all staff.
• Understand budgets, operating statements and payroll reports to assist in financial management.
• Manage inventories within budget and maintain spa cleanliness.
• Align department operations with property financial goals and budget targets.
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve guest issues.
• Deliver ongoing HR activities including staff feedback, training, recognition, and discipline as needed.
• Lead staff training initiatives and maintain open, collaborative team relationships.
