Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager or similar role in a high-end hotel or restaurant.
• At least 1 year as Assistant Outlet Manager or 2–3 years as Assistant Manager.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin knowledge is a plus.
• Able to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant outlet operations to ensure smooth service.
• Lead, train and motivate staff to deliver guest experiences.
• Manage guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor inventory and control costs to optimize profitability.
• Support sales targets with upselling initiatives.
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene compliance.
• Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
