Job summary

Valiram's Läderach brand in the Philippines seeks an experienced Operations Manager to drive sales and profitability across all stores in the region. You will own P&L, supervise sales, marketing and operations, and maintain strong partnerships with brand principals and Valiram teams.

You will lead inventory, merchandising, store openings, and ensure retail excellence in line with brand standards, while building a positive, customer-focused team culture.

Qualifications

• University graduate with business-related degree.
• Minimum 10 years of management experience in luxury or premium retail.
• Strong leadership and customer-service orientation.
• Strategize brand communication and local market positioning.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maximise sales and profit contribution for all stores in Philippines.
• Develop annual business plans reflecting brand positioning and deliver to brand principals.
• Direct operations and store management with compliance to retail standards.
• Lead inventory management, stock counts, and merchandising standards.
• Oversee store openings, renovations, and maintenance coordination.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop seasonal strategies.
• Maintain positive relationships with brand principals and Valiram teams.
