Valiram is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to lead the daily operations of a luxury retail store in the Philippines. You will drive sales, oversee inventory, and uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling, hiring and training staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining stock integrity. The role requires 5–10 years of management experience in luxury retail or similar environment and a diploma or degree.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of management experience in luxury retail or a related environment.
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (desirable) in related field or equivalent experience.
• Work is normally performed in a typical retail environment.
• Required to work in operation hours according to scheduled shift.
• Adheres to Fire Procedures, Health & Safety Policy and Security Procedures.
• Follows short- and long-term company promotions and company philosophy.
• Understands company rules, policies and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees all store functions.
• Oversee store performance through sales management and operational excellence.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, hiring, training and staff performance.
• Maintain store visual aesthetics and environment.
• Ensure stock counts and minimize stock loss.
