Valiram is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to lead the full project cycle for luxury retail stores in the Philippines. The role emphasizes initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and closing projects within budget and schedule.

You will liaise with contractors, vendors and internal teams to ensure excellence and brand alignment. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in a retail environment, strong communication skills and fluent English, with proficiency in MS Office and PM tools.

Qualifications

• University degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management or Project Management.
• 5–8 years of experience in a comparable retail environment.
• Effective communication skills are essential.
• Build rapport with staff, government bodies and vendors.
• Strong interpersonal skills and pleasant personality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications incl. Excel and Project.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
• Sound financial awareness.
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods.
• Fluent English written and spoken; knowledge of another language is a plus.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Assistant Project Manager of Valiram Group, located in the Philippines. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Project Manager who oversees the full project cycle (retail luxury store) – initiate, plan, design, execute, monitor, control and closure. Coordinate other aspects of project management, which include responsibilities such as administrative, operations, technical and/ or financial duties. Achieve the project development goals – Quality assurance, project completed promptly and within budget. Ensure that the team fulfil its obligation to our brand partners and that the partner brand feels that the Valiram Projects team is an extension of their own department. Promote positive relations by dealing professionally and fairly with all contractors and vendors and continually instilling this philosophy in the project team
