• Proven track record of growing a brand, including product launches and campaigns.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; French a plus.

• Product Portfolio Management: oversee makeup categories to lead the brand in the market.
• Market Analysis and Consumer Insights: conduct market research and data-driven insights.

• Budget and Financial Management: manage marketing budget and report financial performance.
• Team Leadership and Development: mentor and develop the makeup team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Stakeholder Management: build relationships with senior management, agencies, suppliers, and retail partners.
