Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Brand Manager to lead our cosmetics retail brands in Metro Manila.

You will oversee brand strategy, market research, product development collaboration with R&D, and multi-channel brand communications to grow brand awareness and sales. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and communication skills, at least 3 years in retail management in cosmetics, and a solid grasp of sales analytics, inventory control, and branch operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, retail management or related field.
At least 3 years in retail management, preferably cosmetics/beauty.
Proven leadership and team development abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of sales analysis and performance metrics.
Knowledge of cosmetics, skincare and beauty industry trends.
Ability to manage inventory, scheduling and branch operations.
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Brand Management: Developing and executing brand strategies, positioning, marketing plans and brand image.
Market Research: Understanding target markets, collecting data and developing marketing strategies.
Product Development: Collaborating with R&D to develop new products.
Brand Communication: Advertising, promotions, PR, social media and events to enhance awareness.
