Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Boutique business strategy aligned with Fashion Division priorities and Chanel Mexico objectives.
• Drive sales, profitability and client development while upholding Chanel luxury standards.
• Inspire and develop a high-performing boutique team with a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
• Ensure boutique operations comply with Chanel standards, policies and local regulations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Client Engagement and cross-functional teams to reinforce brand desirability.
