Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in Front Office or guest service in luxury hotels.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong internship exposure may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized check-in and check-out services.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.
• Manage all cashiering duties following hotel policies.
