MyOutDesk is seeking a Construction Estimator / Purchasing Coordinator for remote work from the Philippines. You will manage estimating, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and material purchasing for luxury residential projects serving U.S.-based clients.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of coordinating with Project Managers, vendors, and trades to keep projects on budget and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating residential luxury homes
• Ability to review plans and prepare detailed estimates
• Experience coordinating subcontractor bids and purchasing
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in estimating software

Responsibilities

• Estimate and budget for residential construction projects with detailed cost breakdowns
• Coordinate subcontractor bids and vendor pricing to optimize costs
• Maintain construction specifications based on client meetings and designs
• Coordinate material purchasing, confirm pricing and lead times
• Collaborate with Project Managers to align procurement with schedules
• Prepare and track change orders throughout construction
• Maintain accurate budgets, pricing, and purchasing records
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while upholding luxury standards
• Monitor timelines and address procurement delays proactively
