Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Processes external and internal calls, handling guest requests, provides information on hotel services, and promotes outlets.
• Maintains and monitors the royal service system; logs guest concerns for follow-up with departments; provides in-room communication tools.
• Handles the hotels' common mailboxes and emails, manages emergency calls, maintains records of guest requests, and tracks call logs and supplies.
