Job summary

Raffles Makati seeks an experienced Events Manager to plan and deliver luxury hotel events from confirmation to completion. You will ensure all operational details are executed seamlessly and work closely with hotel teams and suppliers.

This role focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience, managing budgets and post-event evaluation, with a strong emphasis on leadership, client requirements, and service recovery. Opera PMS and Microsoft Office experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage.
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in events at a luxury hotel.
• Strong leadership to motivate and supervise a team.
• Experience with Opera and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plans and delivers luxury hotel events from confirmation through completion.
• Provides an exceptional guest experience by managing client requirements and VIP needs.
• Coordinates with hotel teams and suppliers to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Manages event administration, budgets, billing, documentation, upselling and post-event evaluation.
