Luxent Hotel is seeking a dedicated Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service throughout their stay.

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be instrumental in creating memorable experiences and upholding Luxent Hotel's reputation for outstanding hospitality.

Qualifications

• College graduate with hospitality or customer service training advantageous.
• Guest-facing hospitality experience, ideally in a hotel front office.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to stay calm under pressure.
• Proficiency with hotel management systems and computerized reservations.
• Outstanding attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and positive guest interactions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance befitting a luxury hotel.

Responsabilités

• Greeting guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, providing check-in services in a timely and efficient manner
• Responding to guest inquiries and requests with courtesy and accuracy, resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Managing guest registration and room assignments, ensuring all information is accurately recorded in the hotel management system
• Providing comprehensive information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience
• Processing payments and managing guest accounts, including billing inquiries and account adjustments
• Coordinating with other hotel departments to fulfil special requests and ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming front desk environment
• Assisting with guest departures and conducting exit surveys to gather feedback
• Following all hotel policies, procedures and security protocols to ensure guest and staff safety
• Handling guest complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating concerns when necessary
