Job summary

Seda Hotels is seeking a Front Desk Officer for our Makati property. You will welcome guests, manage check-in/out, and handle reservations and guest records with a focus on warmth and efficiency.

Requirements include 1–2 years in a luxury hotel or high-end service environment, strong interpersonal skills, English proficiency, and the ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. A Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and guest relations skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English; Filipino is an advantage.
• Able to deliver anticipatory service in a luxury hotel setting.
• Shift work including weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests on arrival; check-in and check-out.
• Manage reservations, payments, and guest records accurately.
• Respond to guest inquiries via in person, phone, and email; coordinate with housekeeping.
• Resolve concerns promptly and professionally; maintain front desk organization.
• Handle receptionist duties and maintain tidy front desk area.
