You will supervise the front desk team, keep colleagues updated on products and services, and monitor arrivals and departures from a guest-centric perspective. English fluency and hotel management background are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in hotel operations
• Strong customer service orientation and guest-focus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English; local language proficiency a plus
• Solid understanding of room operations and front desk processes
• Experience in luxury hotel environment preferred
