Qualifications

• Background in 5-star luxury hospitality.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity in the hospitality industry.
• Strong experience in food and beverage operations.
• Ability to design creative and innovative promotions.
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Planning, leading, and guiding all aspects of the restaurants, bars, and private dining spaces in conjunction with the Chef.
• Liaising with Hotel Manager, Director of Food and Beverage, Asst. Director of F&B and Director of Brand Marketing and Communications to design and develop marketing and promotion strategies.
• Ensuring the budget is in line with brand expectations.
• Ensuring customer feedback is communicated throughout the Food and Beverage and Culinary Departments to create an environment where the customer is at the centre.
• Ensuring restaurant expectations are well disseminated to the team.
