Job summary

The Peninsula Manila in Makati City is seeking a passionate F&B Manager to lead a diverse operation spanning restaurants, bars and private dining spaces. You will ensure efficient and profitable performance while optimising staff and resource use.

Key responsibilities include planning with the Chef, coordinating with Hotel Manager and senior F&B leadership on marketing and promotions, and maintaining brand-aligned budgets to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Background in 5-star luxury hospitality.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Food and Beverage Manager role or similar capacity.
• Strong experience in food and beverage operations.
• Ability to design creative and innovative promotions.
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate F&B Manager to lead a team in a large and diverse operation. The position will ensure the efficient and profitable business performance of the restaurants and the optimal utilization of staff and resources.

Key accountabilities

• Planning, leading, and guiding all aspects of the restaurants, bars, and private dining spaces in conjunction with the Chef.
• Liaising with Hotel Manager, Director of Food and Beverage, Asst. Director of F&B and Director of Brand Marketing and Communications in designing and developing the restaurant and bar’s marketing and promotion strategies
• Ensuring the budget is in line with brand expectations
• Ensuring customer feedback is communicated throughout the Food and Beverage and Culinary Departments to create an environment where the customer is at the centre.
• Ensuring restaurant expectations are well disseminated to the team.

General Requirements
