Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in luxury Front Office roles, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced environment. Duty Manager exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Front Office experience in luxury hotel environments.
• Duty Manager experience is an advantage.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Office operations to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Foster guest relations through personalized service and effective recovery.
• Manage and resolve guest concerns, incidents, and operational issues promptly.
• Coordinate emergency responses to ensure guest and employee safety.
• Maintain a visible lobby presence and support Front Office activities as needed.
