Job summary

The Peninsula Manila in Makati City seeks an experienced F&B Manager to lead a large, diverse operation across the hotels' restaurants, bars and private dining spaces, driving profitability and top-tier guest service.

You will collaborate with the Hotel Manager and F&B leadership to design promotions, manage budgets, and ensure staff excellence in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Background in 5-star luxury hospitality.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity in hospitality.
• Strong experience in food and beverage operations.
• Ability to design creative and innovative promotions.
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and guide all aspects of the restaurants, bars, and private dining spaces with the Chef.

• Ensure the budget aligns with brand expectations.

We are looking for a passionate F&B Manager to lead a team in a large and diverse operation. The position will ensure the efficient and profitable business performance of the restaurants and the optimal utilization of staff and resources.

Key accountabilities

• Planning, leading, and guiding all aspects of the restaurants, bars, and private dining spaces in conjunction with the Chef.
• Liaising with Hotel Manager, Director of Food and Beverage, Asst. Director of F&B and Director of Brand Marketing and Communications in designing and developing the restaurant and bar’s marketing and promotion strategies
• Ensuring the budget is in line with brand expectations
• Ensuring customer feedback is communicated throughout the Food and Beverage and Culinary Departments to create an environment where the customer is at the centre.
• Ensuring restaurant expectations are well disseminated to the team.

General Requirements
