Job summary

Melco Resorts & Entertainment in Manila is seeking a Senior Host for Resorts & Loyalty Marketing. You will recruit players for the loyalty program on-floor, assist with membership transactions, and greet guests to uphold a professional first impression.

Qualifications

• One year or more relevant experience in customer service.
• Appropriate tertiary education is required.
• Fluent in spoken English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Station at Melco Club counters and greet guests to provide pro-active service.
• Recruit and register players to the loyalty program on-floor or walk-ins.
• Promote the loyalty program and inform guests of benefits.
• Assist guests with gaming machines and table inquiries and relay feedback.
• Handle membership transactions and enquiries professionally.
• Coordinate with departments for Elite guest arrangements and airport meet/greets.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
