Qualifications

• Proven experience in Loss Prevention, CCTV Monitoring, Security Investigation, or Fraud Investigation.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to review CCTV footage and identify suspicious behaviors and patterns.
• Experience analyzing POS transaction data, payment records, and sales reports.
• Strong written English skills for clear investigation reports.
• Proficiency in Excel, CRM platforms, and CCTV/video management software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV footage to identify theft, under-ringing, unpaid transactions, and suspicious activity.
• Analyze POS transactions, payment records, and sales reports for loss events and anomalies.
• Conduct investigations and prepare clear reports with timelines, CCTV evidence, and findings.
• Identify repeat offenders, trends, and operational risks across locations.
• Escalate confirmed theft incidents to clients and internal stakeholders with evidence.
• Maintain accurate case records and document incidents in the Loss Prevention system.
• Monitor CCTV health and report camera or visibility issues affecting investigations.
• Collaborate with Operations and management to communicate findings and concerns.
• Conduct ad hoc investigations and contribute to process improvements.
