Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Loss and Prevention Assistant to monitor security systems, investigate breaches, and implement prevention strategies across our stores. You will collaborate with colleagues to safeguard assets and support incident reporting.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Criminology, at least 6 months in security, knowledge of surveillance systems, and the ability to work in the field. Fresh graduates are welcome, and motorcycle ownership is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Criminology or related field.
• At least 6 months of working experience in security, enforcement, or related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and surveillance systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to do fieldwork; owning a motorcycle is a plus.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on security systems and surveillance equipment.
• Assist in investigations of theft, fraud, or other security breaches.
• Implement and maintain loss prevention procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Identify and report potential security risks or vulnerabilities.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on security incidents.
• Collaborate with team members and management to develop and implement loss prevention strategies.
• Train staff on loss prevention techniques and procedures.
• Ensure all security equipment is functioning properly.
• Assist in responding to emergency situations and critical incidents.
• Maintain documentation and records related to security operations.
• Support legal and compliance efforts related to security and loss prevention.
