Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Loss and Prevention Assistant to monitor security systems, assist investigations, and implement loss-prevention strategies.

You will conduct audits, report incidents, and collaborate with management to protect assets in a fast-growing retail environment. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and willingness to do fieldwork in Talavera.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminology or related field.
• At least 6 months of working experience in security or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and surveillance systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to stay composed in stressful situations.
• Willingness to do fieldwork; motorcycle is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on security systems and surveillance equipment.
• Assist in investigations of theft, fraud, or other security breaches.
• Implement and maintain loss prevention procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Identify and report potential security risks or vulnerabilities.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on security incidents.
• Collaborate with team members and management to develop and implement loss prevention strategies.
• Train staff on loss prevention techniques and procedures.
• Ensure all security equipment is functioning properly.
• Assist in responding to emergency situations and critical incidents.
• Maintain documentation and records related to security operations.
• Support legal and compliance efforts related to security and loss prevention.
