Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. seeks a Loss and Prevention Assistant to monitor security systems, assist in investigations, and help implement loss-prevention strategies. You will conduct audits, report incidents, and train staff on procedures.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology or related field, has at least 6 months in security, and is willing to perform fieldwork (motorcycle is a plus). Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminology or related field.
• At least 6 months of security, enforcement, or related field experience preferred.
• Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response, and surveillance systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on security systems and surveillance equipment.
• Assist in investigations of theft, fraud, or other security breaches.
• Implement and maintain loss prevention procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure policy compliance.
• Identify and report potential security risks or vulnerabilities.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on security incidents.
• Collaborate with team and management to develop loss prevention strategies.
• Train staff on loss prevention techniques and procedures.
• Ensure security equipment is functioning properly.
• Respond to emergency situations and critical incidents.
• Maintain documentation and records related to security operations.
• Support legal and compliance efforts related to security and loss prevention.
