Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Loss and Prevention Assistant to join our security team.

You will monitor and analyze security systems, assist investigations into theft or breaches, and implement loss prevention strategies to protect assets. The role involves conducting audits, reporting incidents, coordinating with management, training staff, ensuring equipment functions, and supporting compliance efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Criminology or related field.
• At least 6 months of working experience in security, enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and surveillance systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
• Willing to do fieldwork; motorcycle is a plus.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on security systems and surveillance equipment.
• Assist in investigations of theft, fraud, or other security breaches.
• Implement and maintain loss prevention procedures.
