Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Loss and Prevention Assistant to monitor security systems and investigate breaches. You will support the development of loss prevention strategies and train staff on procedures.

The role requires a Criminology degree or related field, and while 6 months of security experience is preferred, fresh graduates are welcome to apply. A motorcycle is a plus, with opportunities in a dynamic retail environment across the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Criminology or a related field.
• At least 6 months of working experience in security, enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and surveillance systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
• Must be willing to do fieldwork, and having a motorcycle is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on security systems and surveillance equipment.
• Assist in investigations of theft, fraud, or other security breaches.
• Implement and maintain loss prevention procedures.

• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on security incidents.
• Collaborate with team members and management to develop and implement loss prevention strategies.

• Maintain documentation and records related to security operations.
• Support legal and compliance efforts related to security and loss prevention.
