Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and ensure processes align with policies and procedures
• Oversee and evaluate warehouse staff, directing, motivating and coaching the team
• Monitor inventory levels, detect discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping for timely, accurate orders
• Maintain effective warehouse management systems and procedures to boost productivity
• Keep warehouse clean, safe and compliant with health and safety regulations
• Provide regular reports on warehouse performance to senior management
• Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency

About the role

PAOTSIN' is seeking a skilled and experienced Logistics Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team in our South Caloocan, Metro Manila location. As a full-time Logistics Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our warehousing and distribution activities.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all processes are executed efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Manage and oversee the work of warehouse personnel, including directing, motivating and evaluating team members
• Monitor inventory levels, identify any discrepancies, and implement appropriate actions to maintain optimal stock levels
• Oversee the receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping of goods, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment
• Implement and maintain effective warehouse management systems and procedures to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
• Ensure the warehouse environment is well-organised, clean and safe, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations
• Provide regular reports and updates on warehouse operations to senior management
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of the warehouse
