Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor for onsite work in Quezon City, Philippines, scheduled Monday to Saturday. You will lead warehouse teams, manage daily logistics operations, and drive process improvements to ensure timely and accurate inventory movement and delivery coordination.

The role focuses on cost control, performance monitoring, and adherence to safety and company procedures, with emphasis on efficiency and a culture of accountability.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations with supervisory experience
• Experience in FMCG, retail (non-electronics), or pharmaceutical industries preferred
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and reporting
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City from Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities

• Supervise end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations, including inventory movement, receiving, dispatch, and delivery coordination
• Lead warehouse staff and team leads to ensure productivity and efficiency
• Monitor warehouse performance and ensure daily operations are completed on time
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement strategies to improve warehouse and logistics expenses
• Ensure proper inventory control, stock accuracy, and efficient warehouse space utilization
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely movement of goods and smooth supply chain operations
• Prepare operational reports and monitor KPIs related to warehouse and logistics performance
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
• Support process improvements and drive operational efficiency across warehouse functions
• Promote company culture centered on honesty, integrity, speed, accountability, and willingness to go the extra mile

The Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure smooth inventory movement, delivery coordination, and operational efficiency. The role focuses on leading warehouse teams, improving processes, controlling costs, and maintaining accurate inventory while ensuring timely and efficient supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Background from FMCG, retail (non-electronics), or pharmaceutical industries preferred
• Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced), including pivot tables and reporting
• Industrial Engineering graduate or process-oriented background is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and cost management mindset
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City from Monday to Saturday
