Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the organization, staffing, and operational activities for district warehouse.
• Maintain communication with warehouse staff to ensure proper working order.
• Making all reports.
• Monthly submission of stocks inventory report every 10th day of the month.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of materials movement from stock to operation department.
• Participate in annual inventory taking of warehouse.
• Responsible for proper storage and handling of consumable materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure availability of items for contingency.
• Update inventory list.
• Responsible for physical inventory count.
• Responsible for encoding and monitoring of consumable materials.
• Dispose of unserviceable or damaged items.
