Job summary

• Physical ability to move around the warehouse and perform duties.
• Knowledge of shipping, freight and customs procedures is advantageous.

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Officer to join our dynamic team based in Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehousing, storage and distribution facilities. As a Logistics Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics activities, managing inventory, overseeing shipments and optimising warehouse operations. This position is essential to maintaining our reputation for timely delivery and superior service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods within the warehouse facility
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions
• Prepare shipping documents, manifests and delivery schedules to ensure accurate and timely shipment of products
• Liaise with transport providers and customers to confirm delivery arrangements and resolve logistical issues
• Ensure compliance with warehousing and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of materials
• Optimise warehouse space utilisation and recommend improvements to operational efficiency
• Supervise and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and to specification
• Track shipments and provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders
• Identify and report any discrepancies, damages or losses and implement corrective actions
• Maintain detailed documentation and generate logistics reports as required

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in a logistics, warehouse or distribution environment
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and warehouse management software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping
• Physical ability to move around the warehouse and perform warehouse-related duties
• Knowledge of shipping, freight and customs procedures is advantageous
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
