Job summary

PRG Industrial Solutions, Inc. in Pasig is seeking a warehouse and logistics administrator to assist shipping and receiving, process orders, and support procurement and vendor management. The role is on-site and requires 1–2 years in warehouse/logistics; a bachelor's degree in business/logistics helps.

• Candidate must have a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management, Logistics Management, Operations Management or equivalent.
• 1-2 yrs previous warehouse and logistics experience preferred.
• Good communication, organizational, time management and mathematical skills.
• Dependable and reliable with inventory, data entry and driving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist shipping and receiving of ordered items.
• Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders and packing for delivery.
• Back-up driver when needed for delivery.
• Inspect and audit daily warehouse processes.
• Monitor SOP and safety compliance across the warehouse.
• Perform general accounting tasks (reports and system updates).
• Negotiate with local suppliers on availability, pricing, freight and terms.
• Establish and maintain local vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with departments for cross-functional planning and purchasing.
• Maintain records, spreadsheets, documentation and supplier profiles.
• Identify cost-saving measures in purchasing and resolve supply issues.
• Manage documentation, data and pricing in company records.
• Execute any other duties as requested by management.

• Assist shipping and receiving of ordered item.
• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders and packing for delivery.
• Assigned as back-up driver in case no available for delivery.
• Overall responsible for daily inspection and audit to the entire warehouse process.
• Monitors overall compliance of SOP and safety procedures across the warehouse
• Performs general accounting tasks (reports and update system)
• Negotiate with local suppliers concerning availability, pricing, freight and terms and conditions of items.
• Establish and maintain local vendor relationships
