Job summary

Medtecs International Corporation Limited in Pasig is seeking a hands-on Logistics & Warehouse Officer to manage daily receiving, storage, picking, releasing, and dispatch activities while ensuring accurate inventory records and ERP/WMS usage.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field.
2–3 years of warehouse operations or inventory control experience.
Hands-on inventory management and stock reconciliation experience.
Experience using ERP, WMS, or inventory systems preferred.
Proficient Excel for inventory monitoring and reconciliation.
Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Manage daily receiving, storage, picking, releasing, and dispatch activities.
Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile with system data.
Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and report variances.
Document all stock movements in ERP/system with proper encoding.
Maintain warehouse locations, labeling, and stock organization.
Coordinate delivery schedules, trucking, and dispatch needs.
Monitor pending deliveries and transfers until completion.
Prepare receiving reports, delivery documents, and stock transfer records.
Collaborate with Sales, E-commerce, Accounting, and Logistics on inventory needs.
