OPEN INNOVATION INC. is a Manila-based warehousing, storage and distribution company seeking a Logistics Officer to join our team.

This full-time role will coordinate daily warehouse operations, manage inventory, and ensure accurate and timely shipment processing. The ideal candidate holds a degree in logistics or related field with 1–3 years of logistics/warehousing experience, and proficiency in logistics systems and MS Office.

• 1-3 years in logistics, warehousing, or distribution operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
• Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate stock movement records using logistics systems.
• Plan and optimise distribution routes for timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and transport providers to arrange and track shipments.
• Monitor and report logistics performance metrics, including delivery times and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in warehouse and distribution facilities.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and boost efficiency.
• Prepare shipping labels, manifests, and delivery confirmations.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff on SOPs and best practices.
• Troubleshoot logistics issues and resolve delays or discrepancies.

About the role

OPEN INNOVATION INC. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Officer to join our dynamic team in Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehousing, storage and distribution activities. As a Logistics Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics operations, managing inventory, and ensuring that all shipments are processed accurately and on time. This role is essential to maintaining our high standards of service delivery and supporting the strategic objectives of our organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods
• Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records of stock movements using logistics management systems
• Plan and optimise distribution routes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of shipments

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems and develop practical solutions
• Knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory management, and distribution best practices
• Familiarity with customs regulations and import/export procedures is advantageous
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Physical capability to work in warehouse environments and occasionally lift heavy items
