Job summary

GJH SERCONS, INC. is seeking a Logistics Assistant to support on-time delivery monitoring. You will coordinate with the Fleet Supervisor and drivers, update delivery plans, and track progress across sites and in transit.

The role requires 6 months in logistics, strong planning skills, and advanced MS Excel, plus solid communication and MS Office proficiency. Based in Cavite, the position is on-site with daily logistics coordination.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in Logistics.
• Planning and organizing skills required.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with Fleet Supervisor/Planner to implement the plan.
• Discusses highlights from previous shift and other activities.
• Coordinates with drivers/Helpers on site and in transit.
• Updates delivery plan details and tracks & tracing.
• Posts delivery plan and track & tracing.
• Logs all activities in Google Sheets and manual monitoring when needed.
