Job summary

Holcim Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator/Journey Officer to oversee and enhance our logistics dispatch operations. The role prioritizes road safety, optimal truck utilization, and on-time delivery to maintain high customer service levels.

Responsibilities include IVMS-based driver safety tracking, fleet metric monitoring, and real-time delivery oversight. SAP familiarity is a plus for operations and data reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in business, engineering or any other related disciplines.
• Must have a minimum two (2) years experience in customer services roles.
• Proven exposure to transport and cargo handling, geography, port/customer operations, safety and security, and basic administration/economics.
• Knowledge of plant operations and hands-on familiarity with SAP program operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and tracks driver behavior using IVMS and ensures safety compliance.
• Tracks fleet availability, turn-around times, and trip distances to optimize productivity.
• Oversees real-time delivery progress to meet customer service levels and mitigates delays.
• Governs the accuracy of logistics dashboards and YIGO timestamps; troubleshoots data issues.
