Job summary

TeamRidemax Philippines is seeking a Logistics Supervisor in Metro Manila to oversee daily courier and logistics teams, plan routes, and optimize fleet usage. The role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, with a focus on efficient delivery operations and staff supervision.

The ideal candidate will coordinate schedules, monitor performance, and drive cost reductions while ensuring compliance with company policies and delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse, fleet, or delivery operations, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising drivers, riders or logistics staff is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of delivery operations, route planning, fleet coordination, and logistics processes.
• Good knowledge of inventory and delivery documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the logistics team, including drivers, riders, and logistics staff.
• Plan and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
• Assign delivery routes, vehicles, and personnel based on operational requirements.
• Monitor fuel consumption, trip tickets, mileage, and other fleet-related records.
• Conduct regular monitoring of delivery personnel's attendance, productivity, performance, and compliance with company policies.
• Investigate and resolve delivery discrepancies, product damages, shortages, and customer complaints related to logistics operations.
• Implement measures to improve delivery efficiency, route planning, vehicle utilization, and operating costs.
• Conduct regular briefings and coaching sessions with logistics personnel.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics and operational reports.
• Monitor key logistics performance indicators and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
• Assist in manpower planning, scheduling, training, and performance evaluation of logistics personnel.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management.
