Job Summary:
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and coordinating daily transportation and delivery operations. The role primarily involves tracking drivers' expenses, fuel consumption, delivery documents, payroll, and other logistics-related records to ensure efficient operations and accurate reporting.
Monitor and track daily expenses incurred by drivers, including fuel, toll fees, repairs, allowances, and other transportation-related expenses.
Monitor and record fuel or gas usage and consumption of company vehicles.
Collect, receive, check, and organize Delivery Receipts (DR), trip tickets, fuel receipts, and other supporting documents from drivers.
Ensure that all delivery documents are properly completed, signed, and submitted on time.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of deliveries, trips, expenses, and fuel consumption.
Prepare and process drivers' payroll, including trips completed, allowances, overtime, and other applicable payments.
Monitor drivers' attendance, schedules, and assigned deliveries.
Coordinate with drivers regarding delivery schedules, routes, concerns, and operational requirements.
Verify and reconcile driver cash advances and liquidation reports.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics and transportation reports.
Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate necessary repairs or servicing.
Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of all logistics documents and records.
Identify discrepancies in expenses, fuel consumption, delivery documents, and payroll and report them to management.
Perform other logistics and administrative duties as assigned by management.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or any related course is preferred.
At least 1–2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, fleet coordination, or related field.
Experience in monitoring driver expenses, fuel consumption, deliveries, and payroll is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of transportation and fleet operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
Strong organizational, monitoring, and record-keeping skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented and able to identify discrepancies in reports and documents.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
