Job summary

WeConnect Technology (formerly known as Elabram Systems Inc) is seeking a Logistics and Supply Chain Manager in the Philippines to oversee daily logistics, warehouse, and distribution activities. You will plan transport networks (air, land, and sea), optimize load, monitor inventory, and drive KPI improvements across cost, delivery time, and service levels.

Lead cross‑functional teams, coordinate with suppliers and service providers, ensure safety and compliance, and resolve issues end‑to‑end.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, operations, or engineering.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of transportation planning, warehouse operations, inventory, and delivery management.
• Experience managing suppliers, logistics providers, and external partners.
• Experience monitoring KPIs and improving performance.
• Knowledge of logistics systems or transportation management systems.
• Good understanding of safety, customs, trade, and logistics compliance.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and use performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.

• Drive continuous improvement and ensure efficient end-to-end logistics operations.
