Job summary

Lennor Group in the Philippines is seeking a Logistics Supervisor for Batangas to oversee daily transportation, delivery, and distribution activities onsite.

The role requires 3–5 years in logistics, strong leadership, and knowledge of transportation planning; field visits to Calaca will be required.

You will work with internal teams and third-party providers to optimize costs and service levels, with a shifting schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or distribution, with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of transportation planning, dispatch, fleet operations, and third-party logistics coordination.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily transportation, dispatch, delivery, and distribution activities.
• Coordinate with drivers, logistics personnel, and third-party logistics providers.
• Work closely with Warehouse, Purchasing, Operations, and other teams to support inventory movement and customer requirements.
• Monitor delivery schedules, logistics costs, vehicle utilization, and service performance.
• Ensure accurate logistics documentation and compliance with company and safety procedures.
• Prepare logistics reports, track KPIs, and recommend operational improvements.
• Conduct field visits to warehouses, customer sites, and company locations as needed.

About the Role:

• Willing to conduct field visits and work onsite in Calaca, Batangas.

Good to Have Qualifications:

• Experience in chemical, manufacturing, industrial, or distribution operations.
• Experience with ERP, warehouse, or logistics management systems.
• Exposure to inventory and warehouse operations.
